The Curry Sauce Co produces a range of delicious curry sauces so you can enjoy restaurant quality meals in the comfort of your own home, with the bare minimum of preparation.
Curry Sauce Co Malaysian Rendang Sauce: a thick, mild Malay curry sauce with a delicious satay taste, full of flavour and ideal for serving with beef, lamb or chicken.
To make Malaysian Rendang Curry:
• Stir fry 500g cubed beef, lamb or chicken with 2 tbsps oil on a high heat for 1-2 minutes, and transfer to an oven-proof dish.
• Shake the Malaysian Rendang curry sauce well and add to the dish with a little water. Cook in a medium oven until tender - approx. 2 hours for beef, 1 hour for lamb or 45 minutes for chicken.
• Rendang is a traditional dry curry with a thick sauce, but check during cooking that the sauce does not dry out.
• To serve, garnish with flaked almonds or cashew nuts and serve with rice.

Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 days. Suitable for freezing.
