The Curry Sauce Co produces a range of delicious curry sauces so you can enjoy restaurant quality meals in the comfort of your own home, with the bare minimum of preparation.
Curry Sauce Co Moroccan Tagine Sauce: a rich cooking sauce generously laced with apricots and brimming with flavour. It's a classic Moroccan dish ideal with lamb or chicken and best served with cous-cous or potato and vegetables.
To make Moroccan Tagine:
• Stir fry 500g cubed lamb or chicken joints with 2 tbsps oil on a high heat for 1-2 minutes, and transfer to an oven-proof dish.
• Shake the Moroccan Tagine curry sauce well and add to the dish with a little water. Cook in a medium oven until tender - approx. 1 hour for lamb or 45 minutes for chicken.
• Garnish with parsley or coriander leaves, yogurt and flaked almonds and serve with cous-cous, rice or potatoes and vegetables.

Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 days. Suitable for freezing.
