The Curry Sauce Co produces a range of delicious curry sauces so you can enjoy restaurant quality meals in the comfort of your own home, with the bare minimum of preparation.
Curry Sauce Co Thai Green Sauce: green jalapeno peppers make this delightful curry mildly spicy with a fragrant undertone. Serve over salmon fillet as an alternative to chicken or crunchy chinese vegetables.
To make Thai Green Curry:
• Stir fry 500g cubed chicken on a high heat for 1-2 minutes.
• Shake the Thai Green sauce well and add to the pan. Reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is tender, adding water or stock as necessary to maintain consistency.
• To serve, turn into a balti dish and garnish with cashew nuts or a small salad of shredded spring onion,cucumber and bean sprouts..
• Serve with plain boiled rice or stir fried noodles.
