The Curry Sauce Co produces a range of delicious curry sauces so you can enjoy restaurant quality meals in the comfort of your own home, with the bare minimum of preparation.

Curry Sauce Co Thai Red Sauce: This is as hot as Curry Sauce Co go - you have been warned! A fusion of heat, flavour and texture with coconut providing a sweet distraction - one of their best.

To make Thai Red Curry:

• Stir fry 500g cubed chicken on a high heat for 1-2 minutes.

• Shake the Thai Red sauce well and add to the pan. Reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is tender, adding water or stock as necessary to maintain consistency.

• To serve, turn into a balti dish and garnish with cashew nuts or a small salad of shredded spring onion, cucumber and bean sprouts.

• Serve with rice - saffron or plain boiled or fried - or stir fried noodles.

For Variation, substitute 500g pre-cooked, thinly sliced beef or pork or pre-cooked prawns, add to the Thai Red curry sauce and heat thoroughly.

To make Red Thai Salad:

• Slice 500g chicken into thin strips and gently fry in a little oil for 2 - 3 minutes.

• Shake the Thai Red sauce well, add to the pan and simmer until the chicken is cooked right through.

• Meanwhile, assemble a large mixed salad on a plate.

• Heap the chicken in the centre of the salad and drizzle with any remaining sauce from the pan.

• Serve with garlic bread.

To make Stuffed Red Thai Chicken Naan:

• Slice 500g chicken into thin strips and gently fry in a little oil for 2-3 minutes.

• Shake the Thai Red sauce well, add to the pan and simmer until the chicken is cooked right through.

• Meanwhile, stir fry a selection of Chinese vegetables and slice one fresh tomato per person.

• Grill Peshwari Naan till hot and soft to touch.

• To assemble, place the grilled Peshwari naan on a plate and stuff with the chicken and Chinese stir fred vegetables. Fold over and press edges down (like pasty). Garnish with the sliced tomato and fresh coriander.
