Tiffin Chilli Fry - Tiffin Food Company's signature sauce - a heavenly blend of caramelised onions, tomatoes and chillles, perfect for chicken, prawns, fish and paneer.
To make your Chilli Fry dish, you will need:
500g cubed Chicken, Prawns, Fish or Paneer
Fresh Coriander, chopped
• Shake well. Pour the Tiffin Chilli Fry sauce into a pan and warm over a low heat until it begins to bubble.
• Add the Chicken, Prawns, Fish or Paneer, stir thoroughly and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes to seal.
• Pour 200ml Water into the pouch, reseal and shake gently. Add the Water to the pan. Stir through and continue to heat until the ingredients are cooked.
• Garnish with fresh Coriander and serve.
Ingredients: Onions 35%,Tomato Puree 21%, Water, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Chillies, Salt, Soya Sauce, Lemon Juice, Chilli Powder, Mixed Spices (Garam Masala), Fenugreek Leaves.
