Pani Puri, India's most favourite dish having tangy taste, an instant attraction for both young and grown ups.
Contains: 30 Puris, Panipuri Paste, Khatti Meethi Chutney & Boondi.
Recipe: 1. Mix Chowpatty Pani Puri paste with 5 times of cold water.
2. To fill Pani Puri with diluted paste, make holes on each Pani Puri with a finger & pour requisite diluted paste inside the Pani Puri.
3. To make your own Pani Puri preparation more tangy, pour some Khatti Meethi Chutney & add desired quanitiy of boondi. You can also add boiled potatos and chick peas.
4. To give finshing touches to Pani Puri Chaat preparation, arrange requisite number in plates to serve.
You can also spread fresh plain Yoghurt and Chutney on Pani Puries & sprinkle green coriander chutney, salt, chaat masala and top the preparation with fine chopped tomatoes, onions and green Pudina coriander leaves mixture.
