Ingredients: | Fine egg noodles - 2 nests | |
| Green Chillies/Chilli Sauce - 1 (if Sauce, 1 tsp) | |
| Ginger grated - 1 tsp | |
| Shallots sliced - 2

| Peppers sliced - 1 or 1 cup
| |
| Carrots sliced - 2 or 1 cup
| |
| Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
| |
| Oil - 2 tbsp

Method: | • Plunge the Noodles into a large pan of boiling Water. Simmer for 3 minutes and cook. Once done, for best results rinse in cold Water, drain and let it cool.
• Heat Oil in a wok, add Chillies, Ginger and sauté Shallots. Next stir fry Peppers and Sarrots, add Salt and Soya Sauce.
• Add the prepared Noodles to the stir fry and mix well and serve. |
