Cremelle - Weikfield

Net weight: Cremell 50g, Topping 20g.

Serves 4.

Creme Caramelle - Vanilla flavoured dessert mix with caramel topping.

Directions:

1. Empty the liquid caramel Topping sachet into a ½ litre mould or into 4 small cups.

2. Heat ½ litre of milk almost to boiling point in a medium saucepan. Stir in the contents of the Caramel mix sachet and bring to the boil gently for 2-minutes, stirring all the time.

3. Pour very gently onto the the topping and leave until cold and firm (2-4 hours).

4. Carefully turn out and serve.

Ingredients: Sugar, Gelling agent (Carageenan), Vanilla Flavouring, Stabaliser: Disodium Phosphate, Colour: Tartazine (E102), Ponceau 4R (E124), Toppig: Glucose Syrup, Caramelised Sugar.

Halal. Suitable for vegetarians.
