Chicken & Cashew Nuts in Hoi Sin Sauce:
200g Chicken breast, cubed
25g roasted cashew nuts
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 red pepper (approx. 60g) sliced or cubed
1 tbsp Amoy Hoi Sin Sauce
1 tbsp Amoy Sesame Oil
2 tbsp water
• Blend the Hoi Sin Sauce with water and Sesame Oil in a cup.
• Heat a wok with the cooking oil and add the chicken to stir-fry for approx. 2 minutes.
• Add all remaining ingredients, except the cashew nuts, and stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked (approx. 3-4 minutes).
• Add the cashew nuts and stir just before serving. Serve on a bed of rice or Amoy Egg Noodles.
Once opened, use immediately or remove the contents from the can, keep refrigerated and use within one month.
