Amoy Sweet Chilli Sauce gives an exotic flavour to all food, be it seafood, poultry, meat, vegetables or noodles. It is also an ideal dipping sauce.
To make an exciting marinade for barbecues:
Blend 2 tbsp Amoy Sweet Chilli Sauce with 2-3 tbsp each of Amoy Light and Dark Soy Sauce. 1 tbsp each of rice wine or dry sherry, and Amoy Pure Sesame Oil.
For an exotic salad dressing:
Blend 1 tbsp Amoy Sweet Chilli Sauce with 2 tbsp Amoy Light Soy Sauce. 1 tbsp each of vinegar, and Amoy Pure Sesame Oil. 1 tsp each of chopped fresh ginger, spring onions or chives, and fresh parsley or coriander leaves.
