| | | Rapeseed Oil - 2 tbsps
| | | Lime, quartered - 1
| | | Sea Salt - to taste
| | | Black Pepper - to taste
| | | Horners Aftermath Chilli Jam or Thaitalian Tingler Chilli Jam - 50 g | | Method: | • Pre-heat the BBQ to a very high heat.
• In a large bowl, conmbine the asparagus spears with the rapeseed oil, sea salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat the asparagus.
• Place the asparagus spears on the BBQ grill, turning every 30 seconds until cooked.
• Pile on to a plate, garnish with the lime wedges and serve with your choice of Chilli Jam, or both even, as a dip. |
