Asparagus Spears, trimmed - 24
| ||Rapeseed Oil - 2 tbsps|| |
| ||Lime, quartered - 1|| |
| ||Sea Salt - to taste|| |
| ||Black Pepper - to taste|| |
| ||Horners Aftermath Chilli Jam or Thaitalian Tingler Chilli Jam - 50 g|| |
• Pre-heat the BBQ to a very high heat.
• In a large bowl, conmbine the asparagus spears with the rapeseed oil, sea salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat the asparagus.
• Place the asparagus spears on the BBQ grill, turning every 30 seconds until cooked.
• Pile on to a plate, garnish with the lime wedges and serve with your choice of Chilli Jam, or both even, as a dip.
