Bhel Puri is a commonly known snack item in India. Its a mixture of puffed rice with Onions, Tomatoes, boiled Potatoes, Sev and both the Chutneys. If you have the frozen Chutneys then Bhel can be prepared in a jiffy for a tea time snack or for hungry kids returning from school. |

Ingredients: | Puffed Rice - 1 Cup | |
| Tomatoes chopped - ½ Cup | |
| Papdis crushed - 8 to 10 | |
| Tomatoes chopped - ½ Cup | |
| Onions chopped - ½ Cup | |
| Potatoes boiled and mashed - ½ Cup | |
| Imli/Tamarind Chutney - 3 tbsp | |
| Green Chutney - 3 tbsp | |
| Coriander leaves(Cilantro) for garnishing | |
| Thin Sev - ½ Cup | |
| Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp | |
Method: | • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, toss gently till everything is mixed well.
• Divide into equal parts and garnish with Sev, Papdis and Coriander.
• Serve immediately.
