Bhel Puri is a commonly known snack item in India. Its a mixture of puffed rice with Onions, Tomatoes, boiled Potatoes, Sev and both the Chutneys. If you have the frozen Chutneys then Bhel can be prepared in a jiffy for a tea time snack or for hungry kids returning from school.

Ingredients:

Puffed Rice - 1 Cup
 
 Tomatoes chopped - ½ Cup  
 Papdis crushed - 8 to 10  
 Tomatoes chopped - ½ Cup  
 Onions chopped - ½ Cup  
 Potatoes boiled and mashed - ½ Cup  
 Imli/Tamarind Chutney - 3 tbsp  
 Green Chutney - 3 tbsp  
 Coriander leaves(Cilantro) for garnishing  
 Thin Sev - ½ Cup  
 Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp  

Method:

• Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, toss gently till everything is mixed well.

• Divide into equal parts and garnish with Sev, Papdis and Coriander.

• Serve immediately.
