1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
349g Blue Dragon Tofu, cubed
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Red Pepper, de-seeded and chopped
1 tbsp Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Blue Dragon Hoi Sin Sauce
200g Blue Dragon Egg Noodles, cooked according to instructions on pack
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir fry the Tofu until crisp and golden. Remove from the pan and place on absorbent kitchen paper.
2. Stir fry the Onion and Red Pepper for about 5-6 minutes then add the sauces.
3. Return the Tofu to the pan, along with the noodles and stir fry until hot. Serve immediately.
