• Use one dessert-spoonful of Bolst's Curry Powder for every pound of Meat, Fish or Poultry.
• Heat 2-tablespoons of Cooking Oil or Ghee. Add one sliced onion, then the required quantity of Bolst's Curry Powder, stir and allow to brown.
• Continue occasional stirring to prevent sticking to bottom of cooking utensil.
• Add Meat, Fish or Poultry and cook briskly for about five minutes.
• Pour in a cupful of water, add Salt to taste, reduce heat and allow to simmer until Meat is tender and cooked.
• Coconut Cream may be used for extra flavour if required.
Product must be cooked prior to consumption.
