Cascabel means 'rattle' in Spanish and the Cascabel Chilli is also known as 'Little Rattle' as the seeds shake about freely inside the chillies. A low heat chilli with nutty, tangy flavours and thick flesh that works well in sauces, stews and salsas.
Rehydrate in warm water for 20 minutes before use.
Store in a dark, cool & dry place.
