700g chicken breast, skinned and boned
| ||1 tbsp cooking oil|| |
| ||Salt to taste|| |
| ||2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed|| |
| ||1 ½ tsps ground coriander|| |
| ||1/4 tsp ground turmeric|| |
| ||¼ - ½ tsp chilli powder|| |
| ||1 ½ tbsp lemon juice|
| ||2 tbsps coriander leaves, finely chopped|| |
1. Heat the salt, garlic, coriander, turmeric and chilli powder in the oil for 2 minutes
2. Add the chicken and stir fry until cooked.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Serving ideas: Serve with a crisp green salad, mixed peppers and pilau rice.
Suitable for freezing.
