Veg Manchurian Miracle Masala - Chinese made Easy!

• Cooks in 4-5 minutes

• No Preservative

• No added MSG

Veg Manchurian

Serves 3

• Squeeze the water from 1½ cups grated cabbage.
• In a bowl, mix the cabbage, ½ tsp chopped ginger, ½ tsp green chilli, 2 tbsp besan and salt to taste.
• Make balls and deep fry on low flame till golden brown. Keep aside.
• Add 2½ tsp Ching's Secret Veg Manchurian Miracle Masala to 1½ cups water and mix well. Set aside.
• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry 1 cup diced vegetables (cabbage, onion, pepper, carrot...) for 2-3 minutes.
• Add the Manchurian Balls and the masala mixture. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
• Serve hot, garnished with spring onion, and enjoy!
