Cucumber Raita is a dish which cools and soothes the body and tastes good as well with any stuffed Bread or Rice. This side dish can also be used as a dip with fresh Veggies!
Finely chopped or grated Cucumber - 1/2 Cup
| ||Yogurt (smooth) - 1 Cup|| |
| ||Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp|| |
| ||Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp|| |
| ||Salt to taste|| |
• Place the Cucumber in a mixing bowl.
• Add Salt, Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder and Yogurt.
• Add some Water to get the desired consistency of the Raita.
• Chill and serve.
