• Wash Pinto Beans in cold water. Put in a saucepan, cover with Water, bring to the boil and then simmer until cooked for approximately 2 hours.
• Add Salt, Pepper, Cypressa Lemon Dressing and Cypressa Olive Oil to taste or your favourite salad dressing.
Can be used as a main meal vegetable, a vegetarian dish, included in Salads or added to Soups and Stews. If Pinto Beans are soaked overnight, then cooking will be quicker.
