Dabur Cardamom Extract is distilled from the choicest cardamom fruits and is ideal for flavouring your drinks, sweetmeats, savouries and more.

Just add a few drops in your tea or coffee or in your puddings and sweets and you will get the wonderful, rich and true taste of cardamom / elaichi.

Honey Seviyan

Serves 4

½ cup Honey
3 ¼ cups fresh Milk
A few drops of Dabur Cardamom Extract

• Wash seviyan and soak for ½ hour in cold water.

• Bring milk to a boil and pour in drained seviyan. Cover and simmer until seviyan are completely soft.

• Add honey and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

• Stir in Dabur Cardamom Extract. Serve hot or cold.

Sesame Coconut Sweeties

Makes 10

¼ cup Desiccated Coconut
¼ cup Sesame Seeds (lightly roasted)
A few drops of Dabur Cardamom Extract

• Moisten coconut slightly with a little water.

• Pour honey and water into a small saucepan and cook on low heat without stirring for one minute.

• Add moistened coconut and stir until the mixture is thick.

• Allow the mixture to cool, stir in Dabur Cardamom Extract and then roll into medium sized balls.

• Roll in sesame seeds and serve.

Ingredients: Elletaria Cardamomum Oil 2.226%, Propylene Glycol, Caramel Colour.
