Recipe suggestion to make delicious Chicken Jalfrezi (Serves 3-4)
1. Heat half jar of Nishaan Curry Base, 1tsp Minced Ginger and 1tsp Minced Garlic. Cook for 3-minutes on high heat.
2. Add half a Red Pepper and half a Green Pepper (both thinly sliced). Stir fry for 3-minutes on high heat.
3. Add 50gm of roughly chopped Tomato cubes and 500gm boneless chicken and cook on low heat until the chicken is done. Stir occasionally taking care that the pepper slices do not break.
4. Add 2tsp of East End Jalfrezi Masala Mix and cook for 3-minutes on medium heat.
Garnish with fine slices of Yellow Pepper and Coriander Leaves.
Serve on a bed of basmati rice or with naan breads.
For those that like their Jalfrezi hotter - add Fresh Hot Chillies to taste at the same time as the Red/Green Peppers.
