Pork Escalops - 6

| ||Chorizo, finely minced - 60g|| |
| ||Butter - 1 knob|| |
| ||Parmesan Cheese, grated - 20g|| |
| ||Chilli Paparika and Herb Stuffing - 1 packet|| |
• Pre-heat oven to 200 °C
• Combine the packet of stuffing mix with butter and 500 ml water, and stir well. Sprinkle in the minced chorizo, stir and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
• Place the escalops on a baking sheet. Spread the stuffing mix evenly over the Escalops and press down. Place the sage leaves on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
• Remove from the oven, sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese and enjoy with a fresh green salad!
