Fruit Chaat is nothing but eating variety of seasonal fruits in a chatpata form. This is generally served with Lunch as a Salad but can be eaten all by itself as a healthy snack item during anytime of the day. Its a great summer treat for kids!
Oranges skin peeled and cubed - 2

| ||Banana sliced into rounds - 1|| |
| ||Strawberries sliced - ½ Cup|| |
| ||Cucumber cubed - 1 Cup|| |
| ||Pomegranate (Anah) - ½ Cup|| |
| ||Green Chillies finely chopped - 1 (Optional)|| |
| ||Coriander Leaves / Cilantro - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Dressing|| |
| ||Ginger Juice - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - ½ tsp|| |
| ||Sugar - 1 tbsp (Optional)|| |
| ||Salt - 1 tsp|| |
| ||Black Salt - ½ tsp|| |
| ||Black Pepper - ¼ tsp|| |
• Take a large bowl and place all the fruits along with Cucumber, Green Chillies and Cilantro. Keep this aside.
• Then in a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
• Pour this over the fruits and serve.
