Mixed Spices for Chicken Curry

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Chilli, Black Salt, Cardamom, Salt, Star Aniseed, Turmeric, Fennel, Cinnamon, Clove, Green and Black Cardamom.


If there are any allergens in the ingredients they are marked as bold.

Recipe for Chicken Masala:

Ingredients:
1kg Chicken
4 tbsp Curd (Plain Yogurt)
3 tsp Fudco Chicken Masala
1 finely chopped large Onion
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
¼ cup of Oil
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander (chopped) to garnish

Instructions:

• Cut chicken into pieces and marinate with Curd and salt. Put to one side for one hour.

• Heat oil, add onion and fry until golden brown. Then add Ginger and Garlic paste and stir well. Add 3 tsp of Chicken Masala and mix with 4 tbsp of water and stir well.

• Now add the chicken and sufficient water to make a good sauce. Cover the pan and let it cook on a gentle heat until the chicken is tender. Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with rice.
