Green Chutney or Hari Chutney is a delectable dip used in most of the Chaat items. Coriander(Cilantro) grinded with other spices gives out a nice colour along with a zesty flavour. This particular Chutney is quite handy and can be used as a dip for fresh Vegetables/Crackers OR a Sandwich spread too!

Ingredients:

Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) chopped - 1 bunch
 
 Green Chillies chopped - 3
 
 Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
 
 Ginger grated - 1 tsp  
 Salt - 1 tsp
 
 Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
 
 Oil - 1 tsp
 
 Sugar - 1 tsp
 
 Pinch of Asafeotida
 

Method:

• Blend all the ingredients except Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) into a paste.

• Add the Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) little at a time and blend (If required add few spoons of Water).

• Green Chutney is ready to be served.
