The Guajillo Chilli is the most popular red chilli in Mexico. It has a very distinct flavour of green tea with berry overtones and a sweet heat. It imparts a lovely deep, red colour to dishes and makes a good base for rich chilli con carne and classic Tex-Mex cuisine.
The Guajillo Chilli is known as Caribe in its crushed form.
Rehydrate in warm water for 20 minutes before use.
Store in a dark, cool & dry place.
