Mexico's Habanero Chilli is one of the more intensely spiced chillies, with fantastic tropical fruit flavours. It is similar to the Scotch Bonnet chilli with the same characteristic thin, waxy flesh and comparable heat level and flavour.
The Habanero's heat, fruity, citrus-like flavour and floral aroma have made it a popular ingredient in hot sauces and spicy foods. It makes amazing fruit salsas and sauces.
Rehydrate in warm water for 20 minutes before use.
Store in a dark, cool & dry place.
