This authentic Black, Hard-Anodised Karahi is made from the highly conductive, pure virgin aluminium. It comes with a Stainless Steel lid. Now there is no over cooked or raw food even when the lid is on which retains the essential aroma of the food.
For the cook this means cooking in a pot that is more fuel efficient, scratch resistant, and a surface that will not be damaged by metallic spoons, and flexible metal spatulas.
The heavy gauge aluminium used allows even distribution of heat on the bottom and up the sides of the pots with no hot-spots. The surface does not interact with or alter the colour of food.
Its ultra smooth surface is extremely easy to clean and does not require any special maintenance.
The black plastic handles have been designed for durability and aesthetic value. They shall remain relatively cool during cooking.

As a guide, the largest size is a similar size to a 12" wok.
To get the most from your Karahi:
Before using your Karahi for the first time, wash, rinse and dry each utensil thoroughly
Always select the appropriate size Karahi for the task in hand
Never heat the Karahi when it is empty
Do not put a hot Karahi under the tap
Ensure that the handle of the Karahi does not extend over another gas burner or heated surface
Use the lid on the Karahi for best results
