For best results, wash rice and soak for 20-30 minutes.
To cook, add 1.5 times water to the quantity of rice.
Add rice and water to a heavy based pan. Bring to the boil, then cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat then leave to stand, covered, for a further 5 minutes.
Add rice an water to microwave bowl. Cover with cling film, pierce the film, then cook on high for 6 minutes if using 650W microwave.
