Recipe Suggestion
500-750g boneless chicken, cut in to small pieces 100g yogurt 75g fresh ginger, finely sliced 150-200g fresh tomatoes, cut in small pieces 4-6 fresh green chillies, chopped - as per your taste 1 bunch green coriander, chopped 30g ghee or cooking oil 1 sachet Laziza Chicken Ginger Masala
Place the chicken, ginger, and tomatoes in a pan and cover. Cook over a medium-low heat until any juices have almost evaporated.
Add the ghee/cooking oil and masala mix and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the yogurt and green chillies and continue to cook until the chicken is tender and the ghee/cooking oil separates from the masala.
Garnish with the chopped green coriander and serve. |
