Fish (whole or sliced) or prawns - 1kg
Garlic paste - 1 talespoon
Lemon Juice or Vinegar
Laziza Fish Masala - 1 bag
• Mix together Fish/Masala (1 bag), garlic paste, lemon juice or vinegar and apply on fish/prawns. Leave for 30-60 minutes.
• Deep fry in hot ghee/oil until light brown. Sprinkle Laziza Chaat Masala and serve with a fresh lemon.
