Ingredients: Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Dried Garlic 4%, Dried Ginger 4%, Black Pepper, Aniseeds, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves and Clove.


If there are any allergens in the ingredients they are marked as bold.
Recipe Suggestions:

Yakhni Pulao (Mughlai Meat Pilaf)

• Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef) - 750g

• Basmati Rice (soaked for 30 minutes) - 750g

• Yoghurt (whipped) - 1 cup (200g)

• Ginger (ground) - 3 tbsp / 3 inch piece

Ghee/Cooking Oil - 1 cup (150g)

• Laziza Yakhni Pulao Masala - 50g (Use less for a milder taste)

Easy Steps:

• Fry the onion in hot Oil/Ghee until golden. Add the Meat and stir fry for a while. Put Yoghurt, Ginger contents of Laziza Yakhni Pulao Masala and fry for 5 minutes.

• Add 5-6 glasses of Water, cover and cook on a low or medium flame until the Meat is tender. (Ensure that when the Meat is tender, about 4 glasses of Water should remain; if less then add the desired quantity of water).

• Drain the Water from the soaked Rice and then put it in the boiling Meat and Stock.

• Cover the lid properly/tightly and cook on a medium flame for exactly 20 minutes. Mix before serving.

Enjoy delicious Yakhni Pulao with salad, Raita and Shami Kebab.

Note: For a better taste, use breast or shoulder cuts with bones of Mutton.
