A delicious blend of spices and lentil flour to make authentic vegetable pakoras and onion bhajis.

Onion Bhajis and Vegetable Pakoras:

• Make up the batter by adding a cup of water to the Shan mix, and blend well. Set aside for 15 minutes.

• Dip onions, or your choice of vegetable pieces, in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.

Serve plain with your favourite chutnies for a delicious snack, or sprinkle with a Chaat Masala for a spicier dish.
