Use a marinade for meat or poultry, then BBQ, grill or bake.

Add a couple of teaspoons to your stir-fry for a delicious flavour.

Recipe for Chicken Korma Curry

Serves 2-4 as a main course

100g Karimix Korma Curry Paste
450ml tin coconut milk
500g chicken, cubed
1 tbsp vegetable oil

• Heat oil in a saucepan until hot.
• Brown the chicken, add Karimix Kormas Curry Paste and fry for a few minutes.
• Add the coconut milk, stir, cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens and reduces.
• Season to taste.
• Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice.
Ingredients: Oil, Vinegar, Onion, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Spices, Ginger Powder, Chilli, Cinnamon, Ginger, Garlic.
