Kohinoor Pav Bhaji Curry - subtly spiced Mumbai speciality of Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables.

This dish is a Mumbai street-food staple. Originating on the city's Chowpatty Beach, its popularity grew as people fell in love with it's subtly spiced mix of mashed potato and vegetables.
Pav Bhaji:

Microwave: Tear open the pouch by about 2cm from the notch and place it standing inside the microwave. Heat on full power for 2 mins. Remove the pouch from the microwave and tear the top to serve.

Hob: Cut pouch, empty contents into a pan and heat for 3-5 mins while stirring. Serve hot.

Hot Water: Immerse the pouch in boiling water for 3-5 mins. Tear open from the top to serve.

• For an authentic twist, garnish with freshly chopped onion, coriander leaves and lemon juice. This dish is best served with White Bread, Naan Bread or Paratha.
