Cream Caramel with Topping

• Pour caramel topping from the sachet into a mould and set aside.

• Take 500ml of milk and bring to the boil.

• Slowly, add the caramel mix to the boiling milk. Stir for 1-minute. If desired add 1-beaten egg.

• Pour the caramel gently into the mould. Refrigerate or allow to cool at room temperature. The Caramel will be set in approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

• Loosen edges with knife and carefully invert the mould over a serving dish. Shake gently to remove the Caramel.
Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose, Starch, Carrageenan, Vanilla, Salt and Food Colours E102, E110 (FD&C Yellow 5 & 6).
