Quick set Jelly Crystals.
• Pour two cups (400ml) boiling water into a bowl.

• Add the contents of packet. Stir until dissolved.

• Pour into mould. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator (30-45 minutes). Refrigerate if required.

• Loosen edges with knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Shake gently and remove Jelly.
Ingredients: Refined Sugar, Vegetable Gum, Adipic Acid, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, Mango Flavour, Artificial Flavour, Permitted Food Colour E102, E110 (FD&C Yellow 5 & 6).
