Rasmalai Dessert Mix - Plain

Traditional mix for milk balls in milk syrup.
Easy steps for making Rasmalai:

Ingredients:

1 litre Milk
1 Egg
4-5 tsp Cooking Oil
½ - 1 cup Sugar
1 Pack Laziza Rasmalai Mix

Steps:

• First beat the egg well

• Add ½ - 1 cup of sugar and 2-cups water to the milk and bring to the boil.

• Mix 4-5 teaspoons of cooking oil to the contents of Laziza Rasmalai and mix thoroughly. Add ¾ of beaten egg and knead well with the help of a spoon until the dough is soft and smooth.

• Make 15-18 small oval or round shape balls. Put the oval shaped balls into the boiling milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Dip and rotate the balls all the time, using a spoon, until the balls are 3-4 times larger than the original size.

Testimonial:

"Dear Spices of India, Hi, Just received order and wish to thank you for prompt service. Had searched Internet for this item with all links going to amazon's no longer available Masala Dabba. So you can guess my delight when I stumbled upon spicesofindia and the chance to order a genuine Masala Dabba as a present for my girlfriend who recently joined an India cookery class and was disappointed to find that the tutor could not advise on purchasing a Masala Dabba. She will be so pleased now, a BIG Thank You Spicesofindia."
