Recipe for Seekh Kebab:


• Mincemeat( Beef, Mutton or Chicken) - 500g finely grounded to a paste
• Onion( small size) - one finely sliced and crushed (25g)
• Green Chillies (Medium) - 2-3 coarsely grounded equal to one tablespoon (use as per your taste)
Ghee/Butter - 1-2 tablespoon ( 25g)
(If the mincemeat contains enough suet then do not add)


• Mix together mincemeat 2-3 tablespoon (about 65g), Laziza Seekh Kebab Paste, Onion, Green Chillies and leave for 2-3 hours in a cool place or refrigerator.
• Now add Ghee/Oil and mix thoroughly. Make small meat balls. Thread each meat ball through a skewer/rod and with wet hand flatten it to form layer around each skewer/rod. (You can use thread to wrap around the skewer/rod to hold the mincemeat layers).
• Roast the Kebabs on low heat of coal fire or in an oven while rotating them with interval until becomes light brown.
• Enjoy delicious Seekh Kebab with Parathas, fresh Onion rings and tamarind or Yoghurt chutney.

Garlic, Ginger, Water, Vegetable Oil, Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Cardamoms, Tartaric Acid and Acetic Acid (E - 260).
