Plum sauce chicken
• Stir fry 120g diced chicken in 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavoured Sauce. When chicken is half-cooked, add 3 tbsp plum sauce, 60g each red and green bell peppers and simmer until cooked.
Vegetable Salad in Plum Sauce
• Put 250g diced tomato, 120g lettuce torn into small pieces, and 120g sweet corn kernels in a big salad bowl and chill.
• Mix up 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped basil, 2 tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil (blended)and 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter into a salad dressing and stir into vegetable salad just before serving, sprinkled with chopped roasted peanuts.
