Lee Kum Kee Spicy Bean Sauce is specially prepared to make flavoursome Sichuan cooking simple and easy, and makes an excellent base for all spicy bean dishes.

Recipe suggestions:

Ma Po Tofu -Tofu in Spicy Bean Sauce:

• Stir fry 90g minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until cooked.

• Add 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Spicy Bean Sauce, 300g diced soft tofu and cook until the sauce thickens.

Stir-Fried Shredded Chicken With Spicy Bean Sauce:

• Stir-fry 300g shredded chicken in 2 tbsp oil until almost done.

• Add bottle of Lee Kum Kee Spicy Bean Sauce and 90g sliced leek. Stir well until heated through.

Ingredients: Water, Fermented Soy Bean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat) 23%, Salted Chilli Pepper 17%, White Sugar, Tomato Paste, Sesame Oil, Sesame Paste, Garlic Spice, Modified Corn Starch, Oyster Extractives, Acid E270, Colour E150a.

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
