Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce

Great as a dip and for creating delicious sweet and sour dishes
Recipe for Sweet & Sour Pork

• Marinate 150g pork tenderloin pieces in &frac;12tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg.

• Dust with corn starch and pan fry in oil until golden yellow and cooked through. Drain and set aside.

• Fry 50g sliced bell pepper and 50g sliced pineapple in 1tbsp oil.

• Add the pork and 4tbsps LKK Sweet ?& Sour Sauce and heat through.
