| ||Heat 500ml of refined vegetable oil and fry mustard, gramdal, cashewnut and chillies. Remove and set aside.|
| ||Fry 2kg brinjal and 1kg vegetables of your choice with a pinch of turmeric in the same oil.|
| ||Add 200g of MTR Vangibhath masala, tamarind juice, salt to taste and jaggery if desired.|
| ||Add the fried seasoning, fried copra and the 2kg of cooked rice. Mix well and serve hot.|
