Mango Lassi is a fruity yogurt based drink. This is a good coolant for summer days. Its gives a perfect touch with an Indian Dinner!
Plain Yogurt smooth - 1 Cup
| ||Whole Milk - ½ Cup|| |
| ||Mangoes chopped, peeled and stone removed - 1 Cup|| |
| ||Sugar to taste|| |
| ||Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp|| |
• Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency. Add few spoons of Water if required while blending.
• Pour in the glasses and serve chilled.
