ALL Natural : Real Indian Food!

A rich, spicy curry sauce with Coconut ideal for Lamb.

How to cook with this sauce (Serves 2-3)

• Heat a tablespoon of sunflower oil in a pan and add 300g of diced lamb.

• Stir fry for approximately 5 minutes, add the sauce and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until the lamb is tender.

• This sauce is fairly thick so if you prefer a more fluid sauce, add a little warm water.

• Enjoy with rice or chapatis.

• You could also try some mint raita, which would also go very well with this.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, creamed coconut, chilli powder, onions, garlic, red chillies, tomatoes, ginger, coriander, turmeric, salt, black cumin, curry leaves.

Being 100% natural, the ingredients in this jar may separate, so simply shake before use.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 days.
