Method: | • Soak Methi Leaves in hot Salted Water for about 5 minutes.
• Then wash under running Water. Drain all the excess Water and keep aside.
• Beat the Cream until smooth.
• Heat Ghee in a pan, then add Cumin Seeds and Asafoetida. Add the ground paste and fry for few minutes.
• Next add powdered spices and Salt to taste.
• Then add Peas, Methi leaves, Cream.
• Bring it to boil, let the Gravy thicken.
• Serve hot with Rice or Roti! |
