Recipe for Tikka Masala:

Serves 4

• Place 450g diced meat, chicken, prawns, fish or vegetables in a pan and a jar of Minara's Concentrated Tikka Masala Sauce, plus half a jar of water and stir.

• Cover and simmer for 20-minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

• Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice and your favourite pickles.
Ingredients: Water, Tomato Puree, Vegetable Oil, Onion, Coriander, Salt, Cumin, Coconut Cream, Garlic, Starch, Ginger, Paprika, Fennel, Lactic Acid, Turmeric, Chilli, Mixed Spices.
