2 level cups Natco Gram Flour
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
2 medium Onions, finely chopped
• Mix ingredients in a bowl with 1/4 pint of water, mix to a thick batter. Set aside for 5-minutes.
• Take a heaped tablespoon of mix and drop carefully in hot oil in a deep fryer. Fry for about 3-minutes until Bhajis become crisp and golden.
• Drain thoroughly on kitchen paper.
• Serve as a starter or part of a main meal.
