Minara's Balti Sauce is made as a concentrate to capture all the essential flavours of true Indian cuisine.

Minara's was established in 1954 and has a reputation for making authentic curry sauces with the most exotic ingredients from around the world.

Recipe Suggestion: serves 4

• Fry one chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.

• Add 450g of diced chicken (or prawns, fish or vegetables) and contents of can and up to 1/2 can of water to taste.

• Simmer for 20-minutes/until chicken is tender.

Ingredients: Water, Tomato Puree, Tomato, Rapeseed Oil, Coriander, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Ginger, Paprika, Fennel, Cumin, Starch, Garlic Powder, Lactic Acid, Chilli Powder, Acetic Acid.
