Recipe Suggestion (serves 2)
Heat 2-tablespoons of oil in a medium sized pan or Wok, add one medium chopped onion and fry gently until soft and golden brown.
Add 225g of cubed lamb and fry briskly until browned. Stir in 11/2-2 tablespoons of Nazirs Hot Curry Paste and fry for a further minute.
Add 120g of tinned tomatoes and fry briskly for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.
Pour in 200ml of water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer over moderate heat until meat is tender (approximately 45-minutes) stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
